Little Taiwan - Pavillion Republic FoodCourt

Since its called Republic FoodCourt, sure consist of a lots lots lots countries... MALAYSIA [definitely lo], KOREA, TAIWAN, HONGKONG, INDONESIA, JAPAN etc.. u name it, u got it... hahaha....

Recently in love with TAIWAN food.. probably a little preparation for me so that I can get use the food for my trip later on.... but its tooo yummy... Resistible?

There are varieties set for you to choose.. Range about RM12.90 to 18.90.. So reasonable? Its enough for two person [for girl only la - unless you guys very little eat]... hehehe... For the close up of above set... please scroll down...

Its crispy, tender, juicy... The spiciness is great... If u ever tried Uncle Bob.. yeah.. a bit similar... nice nice nice...

Since it is HALAL foodcourt for everyone.. What do I mean for everyone? Meaning no PORK for MUSLIM, no BEEF for BUDDHIST + HINDU.. so this is chicken balls soups.. the chicken ball very tender but unfortunately the soup very salty.... SALT very cheap ah??

Two to Three slices of braised tofu... enough for food tasting lo.. If you need more, please pay more... hehe..

Mixed Vegetable... for appertizer lo.. cause its a bit sour... I think guys dont like it.. But never mind I can "sapu" all... come come come...

Since my sister and me is small eater and the set is enough to cover both of us.. We ordered another rice... Minced Braised Pork Rice with half egg which costs us RM4.90 [if not mistaken? or RM6.90?]... Quite big also the rice.. alots.. how long the workout to burn this calories? hmmmmm...

Satisfy? sure sure.. of course and definitely...

Battleground 舞极限 2010

Battleground 舞极限 is the street dance competition organized by ASTRO and will be aired at 311 channel.. This year is the 3rd year and I been watching it since then.. This year theme is "Battleground, the Battlezone"... The whole audition started since early August at Berjaya Times Square... There are 18 finalists will compete through the final... Hereby are the list of the finalists :-

Unbreakable, VersuStylez, Fresh Moo, Ruffneck’z, Metalloid, Centre Line, The Puzzle, SouL Krazy, Fresh Beat Rockerz, HMC PHLow, Twister Mix, Floor Digital, Dynamix, Floor Fever, Bionic Funk, BLazin Squad, Max Identity and Mustang.

Not sure in Malaysia there isn't enough street dancers or because the audtition only held at KL.. So there is familiar faces will be around... Some of the members from last year competition came back and re-group... So hopefully next year there will be more audition held at other state...

Preliminary 1-4 will be held at BTS main entrance on 25th & 26th Sept 2010.. Since I a big fan of this programme and so coincident I'm around at KL.. why not dropby to watch the LIVE? hehehe.. yup... Let's go..

Its LIVE recording... and its pretty cool.. There will be "NG" too... Actually not because of the MC but the crowd... For opening, the astro crews need to record the energytic crowd but seems not all very coperative... So being "NG" few times... And I been clapping, yelling, shouting few times.. Am I getting any reward? haha.. nope.. just for fun... There are 5 cameras at different angles to capture the best moment of everyone...

There will be a DJ in charge of the music... But where is the DJ? Its getting late.. how come still not in place?

Its a preliminary 1 - 9 finalists will be battle to save a place for the next round...

Some of the group really did a great job even though just a preliminary stage... Cant wait its show at TV... its going to be an awesome programme... Be waiting...

This year Battleground will be hosted by two pretty ladies who is Ngan Mei Yan and Serena C... So there will be cantonese, mandarin plus english along the way.... Who said Serena cant speak chinese? Its pretty cool.. hehehe...

The judges.. I only recognise Marcus Tucker... Another Judge is from Taiwan... Its quite famous but not for me.. hehehe...

Independance Day of Peace

UN has put a lots of effort to promote worldwide peace and encouraged all to work together to achieve this goal... Youssouf Omar [former United Nations Childrens' Fund (UNICEF) Representative to Malaysia] said "So, how do we work towards buildings long-lasting peace? How do we work together to build that understanding, that mutual respect, understanding that I am as you are - a human being with the same needs and wants?"... "Should starts within the family, with education and within the child or young person. A violent environment breeds violent children. A child has the right to a healthy, peaceful environment."

Therefore, this year Peace Day is dedicated to young people. The slogan "Peace = Future" if focus on youth and development..

We as Malaysian and stay at a beautiful country should be bleesed on everything... Our lovely country is peaceful [dont mention about politic] and harmony [dont mention about racism problem created under politic]. Its free from war [which this is the most important]... So do you think this really consider PEACE?

Communicative English Programme - ELS Language Centres

Programme : Communicative English Programme [CEP]
Language Centres : ELS [Bukit Bintang]
Intake : 21st Sept 2010
Level : Intermediate
Duration : 12 weeks [twice a week, 2 hours per class]

This course is fully sponsor by my company with any term & condition... Its part of the training programme to staff.. Actually company didn't allocate any but due to special request so few of us got the privillege... My job function which include conduct training... Therefore, speaking must be in proper... As moving towards management level, writing is a must too.. So proper communication is very important as might dealing with foreigner or professional people... This is one kind to improve myself too...

The whole course consist 3 levels [Elementary, Pre-Intermediate & Intermediate].. and each level do need to complete 2 modules.. A placement test is needed to check the candidate's English skills... The placement test include 3 parts which are listening, writing and speaking.. Very interesting test as long time never sit it... Its recall me when I still study at university...

So class will be started on 21st Sept 2010 and lasted for 3 months... Then my gym class will be reduce due to this English course... This is one kind of opportunity cost... In order to get something, you must give up something...

As per brochure, the course emphasises on specific communication skills needed for daily life, practise in using the conversational English skills learned, maximising interaction among learners and personalised attention in developing each learner's communication needs.. [source from ELS's brochure]

So after the placement test, should be curious which level I will be in right? Intermediate.. the highest level.. Asking myself, are you sure? I thought I'm in pre-intermediate only... at least not at elementary level... Since so advance, I'm not sure whether I able to cope with the class or not? will see how its goes...

1st - After "Break"

This is my 1st post under "relationship" after my failure...

It is "hurt"? not really... It is "sad"? not really too... but why seems so "down"?

Like LOST somewhere? like lost in the middle of jungle, cant find the way out...

Anyway, this failure once again proof to myself that, I really cant adapt into two peoples world..

Probably a curse to me...

No matter how hard I try, no matter how wish to survive.. Its just cant work out...

Sometimes, my Devil will laugh at my Angel.. "You enjoyed your life so fully for the past few years !! Why so stupid still want to fall into men's hug again?"... its quite torturing to heard the laughter...

Need to stand up again after this fall really not that easy... huh !!

Out of sudden, I fall in love with this book "Men from Mars, Women from Venus !!"

I salute old days people whereby they very stick to each other no matter what... Once be together meaning whole life be together.. No matter how many downs still will be together... Doesnt look like nowadays people... tend to give up when there cant way out at the down time... That's why nowadays we still can see old people like our grandpa or grandma still can hold hand until now....

What is the real meaning of Malaysia Day? What is the different between Merdeka and Malaysia Day?

Merdeka Day is to celebrate Malaya achieve Independant from British by our first prime minister effort TAR... Malaysia Day is formation of MALAYSIA [consist of Penisular, Sabah and Sarawak].. Dont ask me the date.... as the real meaning behind this two days I also not that sure.. hahaa...

Frankly speaking, 16th Sept is just another holiday for me.... but for EM, they doesnt think that way.... Anyway.. thanks to EM for the additional off day..

Proven that I'm not so loyal to my own country... No doubt on it...

T.G.I - The Garden

Date : 31st Aug 2010

Since is Public Holiday aka Merdeka Day aka Off Day... so what is my plan? Oh yeah... went to gym as my favourite instructor do open class - Body Combat by Mr Delon.... Its the first time I be at gym room early this morning.... Surprisingly, quite empty but luckily there still people attend the class... "phew".. at least the instructor not so focus on me...

After the class, head to Mid Valley to survey Mooncake for gift... Since I got voucher, so my sister suggest to go TGI but I wish to go Italianes as never try b4.. after survey the menu.. yet prefer TGI... Since on diet, my sister and I just order a little and in sharing portion...

(Mac Cheese = RM13.90)

Frankly speaking, even though just 6 pieces but its really enough for two... Because you really can feel its really cheesy... Its so crispy outside and so cheesy inside.... great for those who love CHEESE.... me ! me ! me !...

(Chicken Pepper & Mushroom - RM27.90)

There is "new" icon on the menu... So we both pick this as our main dish... Its nothing to shout about... Its not at the satisfactory level... The rice taste "yuck"... really chiplak rice... As TGI, also consider a little bit high class... why use so chiplak brand of rice? no good no good...

(Mini Dessert 3X - RM9.90)

Strawberry Parfait, Tropical Delight and Snickers Treat... Personally perfer Tropical Delight...

Shangri La Hotel - Mooncake

Lotus Sugar Yolk...

The sweetness is "ngam ngam" so when you eat, doesnt feel "muak".. still able to take two little slices...

Mooncake Festival also mooncake tasting time... hehehe....

There are many things will come to an "END"... I'm not sure it is -The END- for me too... But I believe there will be way out... Its so hopeless, helpless, confusing.. Brain just stuck and couldn't move...

Life is so challenging day by day and hopefully I wont collapsed.. The +ve energy is still there hanging and do hope the -ve effect wont overcome it...

If it is -The END- for me... My regret will be only two... first, not able to take care my parent.. second, havent got chance to travel at least half ASIA... Anyway, I wont choose this solution because I wont leave all the "SHIT" to my family...

A lots said especially religious - when all the door is closed, there will be a small window open for you... So now I need to do is find my "little window"...

Try not to "REGRET" on my past action... now just try to cover it... Well.. take it as experience.. Life is like a school.. Its keep on learning and learning..

Now I'm just like a baby learn how to walk.. Wherever I fall, wherever I stand up again.. HOPEFULLY...

Xian Ding Wei - Sg Wang (Closed)

After a little walked around low yat, start craving for food... not so heavy but enough for full... Got no idea what to eat at low yat, so move over to "Kam Hor"... why thinking what to eat so like torturing??... wee wang wang ... wee wang wang.. after thinking here and there... remember there some little type of cafe at 2nd floor.. So... what to wait??

Arrived there, quite impress on the decor... very simple yet elegant and feeling comfortable and relax... Flipping through the menu... hmmm... Its taiwanese cruisine but with limited choice... Yet the price is so reasonable... But the choices inside the menu quite similar to another restaurant at MV..

Since my sister and I dont feel want to such a heavy meal.. so we opt for sharing basis...

Mixed Fruits Tea consists of few slices of variety fruits [Kiwi, Green Applce, Watermelon, Orange, Lime and etc which I'm not sure what is those]... The price is RM3.90.. cheap right? But cheap is not the main factor to consider... How about the taste?? You will think so a lots of "chapalang buah-buahan", sure "yucks"... Nope Nope Nope.. if you got same thinking as me.. You are totally wrong... Its taste super.. The combination of all the fruits its matching... You have to taste it only you will know... I can guarantee, you wont regret....

Variety of set meal to consider... RM13.90 per set as picture above... Its enough for two pax.. so just order one additional rice... The soup is nice... tasty.. not those "chiplak" one...

The chicken is nice... Its drumstick meat... tender and juicy.. definitely not overcook and not salty... Just a bit oily only.. If not will be perfect... The side dishes nothing to shout out.. Just merely for snacking only...

Taiwanese cruisine.. definitely cant miss out the "sausage"... RM5.90... Yeah.. two of it definitely much expensive than pasar malam... But this one is so tender... compare to pasar malam? nothing for the comparison....

Another cant be missed out will be the sauce.. this is special blended sauce... really special whereby hardly can get anywhere...

So what do you think? Definitely will dropby again.... because the dessert very attractive too...
