The International Day of Peace was established by a United Nations (UN) in 1981. The first Peace Day was celebrated in September 1982. Since then, this day being widely spread throughout the world...

UN has put a lots of effort to promote worldwide peace and encouraged all to work together to achieve this goal... Youssouf Omar [former United Nations Childrens' Fund (UNICEF) Representative to Malaysia] said "So, how do we work towards buildings long-lasting peace? How do we work together to build that understanding, that mutual respect, understanding that I am as you are - a human being with the same needs and wants?"... "Should starts within the family, with education and within the child or young person. A violent environment breeds violent children. A child has the right to a healthy, peaceful environment."

Therefore, this year Peace Day is dedicated to young people. The slogan "Peace = Future" if focus on youth and development..

We as Malaysian and stay at a beautiful country should be bleesed on everything... Our lovely country is peaceful [dont mention about politic] and harmony [dont mention about racism problem created under politic]. Its free from war [which this is the most important]... So do you think this really consider PEACE?

Communicative English Programme - ELS Language Centres

Programme : Communicative English Programme [CEP]
Language Centres : ELS [Bukit Bintang]
Intake : 21st Sept 2010
Level : Intermediate
Duration : 12 weeks [twice a week, 2 hours per class]

This course is fully sponsor by my company with any term & condition... Its part of the training programme to staff.. Actually company didn't allocate any but due to special request so few of us got the privillege... My job function which include conduct training... Therefore, speaking must be in proper... As moving towards management level, writing is a must too.. So proper communication is very important as might dealing with foreigner or professional people... This is one kind to improve myself too...

The whole course consist 3 levels [Elementary, Pre-Intermediate & Intermediate].. and each level do need to complete 2 modules.. A placement test is needed to check the candidate's English skills... The placement test include 3 parts which are listening, writing and speaking.. Very interesting test as long time never sit it... Its recall me when I still study at university...

So class will be started on 21st Sept 2010 and lasted for 3 months... Then my gym class will be reduce due to this English course... This is one kind of opportunity cost... In order to get something, you must give up something...

As per brochure, the course emphasises on specific communication skills needed for daily life, practise in using the conversational English skills learned, maximising interaction among learners and personalised attention in developing each learner's communication needs.. So after the placement test, should be curious which level I will be in right? Intermediate.. the highest level.. Asking myself, are you sure? I thought I'm in pre-intermediate only... at least not at elementary level... Since so advance, I'm not sure whether I able to cope with the class or not? will see how its goes...

1st - After "Break"

This is my 1st post under "relationship" after my failure...

It is "hurt"? not really... It is "sad"? not really too... but why seems so "down"?

Like LOST somewhere? like lost in the middle of jungle, cant find the way out...

Anyway, this failure once again proof to myself that, I really cant adapt into two peoples world..

Probably a curse to me...

No matter how hard I try, no matter how wish to survive.. Its just cant work out...

Sometimes, my Devil will laugh at my Angel.. "You enjoyed your life so fully for the past few years !! Why so stupid still want to fall into men's hug again?"... its quite torturing to heard the laughter...

Need to stand up again after this fall really not that easy... huh !!

Out of sudden, I fall in love with this book "Men from Mars, Women from Venus !!"

I salute old days people whereby they very stick to each other no matter what... Once be together meaning whole life be together.. No matter how many downs still will be together... Doesnt look like nowadays people... tend to give up when there cant way out at the down time... That's why nowadays we still can see old people like our grandpa or grandma still can hold hand until now....

What is the real meaning of Malaysia Day? What is the different between Merdeka and Malaysia Day?

Merdeka Day is to celebrate Malaya achieve Independant from British by our first prime minister effort TAR... Malaysia Day is formation of MALAYSIA [consist of Penisular, Sabah and Sarawak].. Dont ask me the date.... as the real meaning behind this two days I also not that sure.. hahaa...

Frankly speaking, 16th Sept is just another holiday for me.... but for EM, they doesnt think that way.... Anyway.. thanks to EM for the additional off day..

Proven that I'm not so loyal to my own country... No doubt on it...

T.G.I - The Garden

Since is Public Holiday aka Merdeka Day aka Off Day... so what is my plan? Oh yeah... went to gym as my favourite instructor do open class - Body Combat by Mr Delon.... Its the first time I be at gym room early this morning.... Surprisingly, quite empty but luckily there still people attend the class... "phew".. at least the instructor not so focus on me...

After the class, head to Mid Valley to survey Mooncake for gift... Since I got voucher, so my sister suggest to go TGI but I wish to go Italianes as never try b4.. after survey the menu.. yet prefer TGI... Since on diet, my sister and I just order a little and in sharing portion...

(Mac Cheese = RM13.90)

Frankly speaking, even though just 6 pieces but its really enough for two... Because you really can feel its really cheesy... Its so crispy outside and so cheesy inside.... great for those who love CHEESE.... me ! me ! me !...

(Chicken Pepper & Mushroom - RM27.90)

There is "new" icon on the menu... So we both pick this as our main dish... Its nothing to shout about... Its not at the satisfactory level... The rice taste "yuck"... really chiplak rice... As TGI, also consider a little bit high class... why use so chiplak brand of rice? no good no good...

Strawberry Parfait, Tropical Delight and Snickers Treat... Personally perfer Tropical Delight...
