This is delay post of my 5th day @ stokist training... its ended nicely on 10th October 2008 at 5.15pm..
Today topic mostly about stock management.. how to handle the inventory and what report to be submitted... after the 4th day briefing, some soon-to-be stokist already a bit confuse with all the documentation and some minimum requirement from the COMPANY.. after the 5th day, some of them totally no confident already...
This group very interesting group.. consist ten of them and have individual personality.. In this world there are many many funny things happen... an 40+ aunty is singaporean but marry to malaysian and non malaysian PR want to set up a stokist centre at PJ coz she live there.. a couple who is malaysian but a singapore PR wish to open stokist centre at Singapore.. this is cross culture business centre and owner... hahaha...
i notice the couple (husband + wife).. the husband very funny guy and always make fun in the class so everybody very entertaining and wont feel bored... but sometimes the wife might give signal or face to the husband to shut up.. hahaha... Then there is a girl, younger than me a year but the look like 23/24.. everyone at first thought she is fressh graduate and not much experience towards this society.. why i said so? because during the training, she ask a lots lots of question and many of the things she like dont even know what is that? this is what we call old in age young in mind.. hehehe... There is a chinese aunty who dont understand much of english looking blur blur for this whole 5 days of training... pity she...
a very good start up training for me as a new employee.. further enchance my knowledge and understanding towards the whole operation.. save a bit time for my manager to explain to me... after this training, i'm not sure how my next week workload.. as i need to attend one more system training.. so be waiting for it.. hehe... hopefully not so complicated coz this time i need to do practical not just listening...
