bX-cnpytb - error

Anyone encounter this problem recently?? Yesterday when I want to publish my post at here.... instead of showing POST successsfully saved... an error show... please refer to the below :-

At first i tot my publish failed but luckily its successfully posted.. so i dont care lo... hehe... i also dont know what is the error all about.. haihz.. hopefully adminsitrator will alert it and fix it soon....
