1st three day of Stokist Training more on the product knowledges... 4th (today) and 5th (Froday - tomolo the finale) is more on the internal operation of the stokist and company....
I really understand a lots on STOKIST application and qualification... what i means the qualification is not whether you are SPM holder? degree? or pHd?... is all the minimum requirement.... You can easy to fulfill and yet can be difficult.. all depends on individual... as i know there are some failed the application....
So today all the soon-to-be stokist more interested on the cost of the operation, incentive and profit... at first.. i thought quite easy to open the stokist as most of the cost bear by the company... but but... there also term and condition... of course.. in this world there is no "FREE LUNCH".. in order to get sth we need to work for it... Talk about the profit, of course attractive as you all know about MLM ma... but how many people really success? If so easy to do, then i think in this world only one industry and one type of company which is MLM.. hehe.. but also depends individual...
Mengantuk betul in the training.... Most of it non my business and its exceed the time.. arghhh... sien.... coz today mostly discuss the agreement, all the forms required to submit, term and condition.... teach the stokist how to fill up correctly and explain clearly to them... this is to prevent additional work if any mistaken... as some of them from singapore....
